What is your service area?
We cover all of Ottawa within 35kms from 2610 Rideau Road. Gatineau, Osgoode, North Gower, Vars, Limoges, Russell, Ashton, Carleton Place, Almonte, Winchester, Kemptville, Embrun, Chelsea, Navan. Bookings past 35km subject to additional $0.85/km.

How many players can play at once?
The BigRig accommodates 20 players across 6 Consoles/Tvs
The Cube accommodates 14 Players across 5 Consoles/Tvs
Please note not all games are multiplayer
What do parents have to do during the party?
Adults are free to join in the fun, but no adult supervision is required! Each party is hosted by a fully trained Games Coach whose job is to set up each game, instruct, motivate, and supervise each game.
Is there an age limit?
We welcome players of all ages; however, players 6 years and under must be accompanied by at least one (1) adult.
How can I book a party/event?

How do I pay for an event?
You may pay for your event with Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Email Money Transfer.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Any cancellations within 15 days of the scheduled event will result in forfeit of your $75 deposit. We would be happy to reschedule your event if you notify us within 14 days of your event without forfeit your deposit. It’s only fair that you give us 14 days to get another booking especially on weekends.
No shows: when Games To Go arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event. If we are unable to deliver our service, there is no charge.
Can I bring food and or drinks into the theater?
Sorry no food, drinks, or candy is permitted inside the Game Theater.
How much parking space is needed?
The Game Theater BigRig (truck and trailer) and truck 40 feet long and 10 feet wide. The Rig may block your driveway, but will fit out in front of most homes on the road or park in your driveway.
A Game Theater Cube requires approx. 20 feet long and 10 feet wide. The Rig may block your driveway, but will fit out in front of most homes on the road or park in your driveway.
What about bad weather?
Games To Go was designed for all weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled. We are usually able to provide our services year round. However, in the event of severe weather we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment.
Who operates the Video Game Theater?
The Game Theatre is operated by a trained Game Coach. Game Coaches are responsible for delivering the Game Theater, staging the theater for play, managing the participants and game play, and maintaining a fun, exciting atmosphere.
Is it appropriate to tip the Game Coach?
Tipping is NOT REQUIRED (or expected), however, we do allow tipping when you feel it may be appropriate!
